Stuck Here, Writing Sad Songs
"Stuck Here, Writing Sad Songs" is about the "Do I love you? Do I hate you?" internal dialogue we face during breakups, in the style of pop rock & theatrical pop.
"Stuck Here" represents the feelings of love, loathing, and longing, all spilled out in the form of a "word salad." It explores feeling a million emotions at once, in a gritty, humorous, and angsty sound, coupled with compelling and energetic vocals.
6 AM
6 AM, is the perfect “hype-yourself-up” song to stream after a break-up. It’s a pop song with a blend of punk and rock elements, and was named top 3 on RockCharts news. 6 AM feels like having a funny conversation with your friends while a band plays in the background and cheers along with you. It turns a painful breakup into a fun, sarcastic story about embracing being on your own and having fun with your friends—significant others not included.

Have you ever had something really unfair happen to you?
Pierce’s second single, Rogue, is a ballad meant to encapsulate the visual of a tragically beautiful crime scene. Rogue portrays this image through the use of poetic yet blatant lyrics. Peirce uses subtle melodic piano in combination with a bold contrast of cello and light synthesizer.
