About Lily Pierce

Lily Pierce grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, singing, writing, and performing music. She graduated from NYU Tisch with a degree in Dramatic Arts and double minors in Business of Entertainment and Media Industries and Producing. Lily is a member of the Recording Academy and was recently named a semi-finalist in the highly competitive ISC International Songwriters Competition for her single, “The Magician,” which placed above 85% of global submissions.

Alongside her music career, Lily is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness. She volunteers with eating disorder organizations Project HEAL and the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA), intertwining her passion for activism with her music. Through her songwriting and growing online community, she discusses overcoming insecurity, finding confidence in uncertainty, building meaningful friendships, and embracing chaos as part of the process. Her perspective resonates strongly with Gen Z and young millennial audiences, and she is determined to spread the message that no one is alone and that recovery from any hardship is possible.

Lily’s creative ingenuity provides a cathartic experience that pierces right through the heart. Inspired by artists such as Carole King, Lady Gaga, Dan Nigro, Maisie Peters, Lexi Jayde, and Camila Cabello, she creates music rooted in the same boldness and honesty that foster universally shared experiences. Lily doesn’t hold back from voicing her thoughts—she writes what she feels, no matter how painful or complex—and intends to keep creating music with that same fearless mindset.
